Content Management
Did you know?
Search engines will give your site a higher ranking if they frequently find new and updated content.

Fresh content keeps visitors coming back

Fresh content is a necessity for any successful website. Imagine the subscriber cancellations if your daily newspaper printed the same articles and images day after day. Or the sales lost if a clothing store did not update its inventory for the current season and popular styles.

The Streamline Content Management System (CMS) puts you in control of your website.

Streamline CMS: Create. Publish. Manage.

Streamline CMS is an application used to create, publish and manage website content. This powerful CMS combines ease-of-use with the flexibility to manage your site however you choose. The Streamline CMS was developed internally from the ground-up, giving us complete control to enhance the product and build custom modules.

Streamline CMS Modules

A module is a component of the Streamline CMS that allows you to perform specific tasks on website content. Below is a list of some commonly used modules (this is not a complete list.) A wide range of modules are currently available and custom modules can be built to meet your specifications.

[Site Builder] The Site Builder module controls the navigation for the website. This module is used to add and remove pages and to configure various page properties.

[HTML Content] The HTML Content module features a MS Word-like editor for creating and editing the HTML content used on the website.

[News Manager] The News Manager module is used to add, edit, categorize and archive articles posted on the website. Articles can contain photos and related links.

[Form Builder] The Form Builder module provides the ability to create web-based forms and handle results. Automatic email responses to form submissions can be configured.

[Directory] The Directory module is used to manage groups, users and permissions. User properties include contact information, photos, bios and custom fields.

[Event Calendar] The Event Calendar module is used to configure events and control how they are displayed. There are numerous event parameters and display options.

[Video Manager] The Video Manager module is used to organize videos. For the best cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, we recommend embedded Flash movies.

[Photo Albums] The Photo Album module is used to organize and display photos. Photo Albums are automatically generated and image titles and captions can be added.

[Storefront] The Storefront module is used to manage products sold in the website store. Payment processing, order management and inventory control are also configured in this module.
